Ticking this box creates a reciprocal referral agreement: I refer the management of this property to Represent Commercial, and Represent Commercial commits to referring any future sale or new leasing of this property back to me. This excludes lease renewals, rent reviews, and options with existing tenants, which remain part of Represent Commercial's management role. No fee is payable either way. A copy of this agreement, recording the date and time of acceptance, will be emailed to both parties and takes effect on submission.
