Nick O'Toole has spent 20+ years in commercial property and asset management — working across the full lifecycle of office, retail and industrial assets. Leasing, outgoings, refurbishment, repositioning, and portfolio strategy. He founded Represent Commercial to offer owners something the agency model structurally can't: a senior operator personally accountable for the asset.

Nick spent the past 13 years as Asset and Development Manager at Nicolas Malouf Investments, a Brisbane private investment group, and earlier held asset management and analyst roles across commercial portfolios totalling more than $500M.
Across that career he has negotiated more than $20M in lease transactions as a client-side asset manager — acting for the owner, not as an agent.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Development) from the University of Queensland, and a full Queensland real estate licence.
